Does Label Love have a physical shop?
Yes, we have a boutique in Sydney where you are able to try on all garments by appointment, otherwise, we are purely an online designer dress hire service for the rest of Australia.

Can I book in advance?
You can reserve up to 3 months in advance. Once your requested delivery date has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.
How do I return my dress?
Returning your dress is quick, safe and easy. Simply place it in the prepaid return satchel provided and drop it at your nearest Post Office where you will be given a registered post number to track the safe return of the apparel.
What if my rental period ends on a Sunday or a public holiday?
Simply return your garment the next business day to your nearest Australian Post office where you will be given a registered post number to track the safe return of the apparel.
Do I pay for postage?
No, we take care of the shipping
How long can I hire the garment for?
Minimum hire period is 4 days
Do you offer refunds?
If you’d like to cancel an order, please submit the request to email@example.com.
Any cancellations made 21 days prior to the start of the rental period will be free and refunded in the form a credit note.
If a cancellation is made 7 days prior to the rental, only a 50% cancellation fee will be refunded as a credit note.
For cancellations made 72 hours prior, no refund will be given.
What if I’d like to get my designer apparel today?

Do I need to be at home when my garment arrives?
No, however we use a combination of Australia Post & courier services, and it is recommended that you or someone is home to receive your order. This is to avoid any unnecessary delays.
What if I have an accident?
Don’t worry, we understand accidents happen. We do not charge for normal wear and tear of our garments. We ask that you do not attempt to wash, repair or clean our garments. Any permanent damage to goods are treated as per our terms and conditions located on the website.
Do I need to steam the garments?
No our garments are steamed with the utmost care and carefully wrapped in tissue paper to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.
Do I need to dry clean the garment prior returning it?
No Dry cleaning service is included in your hire fee, we arrange cleaning with our own professionals that are familiar with the care of our delicate items.
Can you guarantee the authenticity of the garment?
At Label Love, we unconditionally guarantee that all our dresses are 100% authentic.
What is the condition of the dress when I receive it?
We have very strict quality controls. All our dresses are dry-cleaned, pampered and preened after every use, so your dress will arrive in excellent condition.
What happens if I damage the dress?
We provide free $100 accidental damage insurance to allow for any minor mishaps. In the rare scenario that the repair cost is over $100, we’ll ask you to pay the difference. For example, if the repair cost is $150, we’ll ask you to pay $50.

If a particular dress or designer is not featured in our collection, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do. We are always on the lookout for the best selection of designer dresses for our stunning wardrobe!
